Zatazza Café: Pasta in a Tazza

No comments:

In Bisaya, tazza means a shallow cup with with saucer shaped bowl in the pedestal, which led me into a conclusion that Zatazza Cafe was named after it. Correct me if I'm wrong. :) Zatazza Cafe is located at Del Carmen St., Jaro, Iloilo City and they open until 12mn. Get directions via google map.

After a year of being away from my hometown, Zatazza Cafe is just one of the places I want to go back to because of the memories I had with my classmates during college days. I can remember eating and whining our hearts out after the stressful Quality Engineering Semestral Test (QuEST). Click here to see my old post about Zatazza (I was so thin back then!) I am such a sentimental person and I value everything that I've been through because they make up who I am today.

And because I'm a lazy bee, I used my phone in taking the photos. I felt like I had the whole place for myself because as always, the ambiance is so cozy and relaxing. FYI, this cafe is a wi-fi zone.

Now here comes my Penne Pasta with Hungarian Sausage and Mushroom (Php90) served in a tazza.

And my Strawberry Smoothie (Php90) and Iced Cafe Americano Espresso (Php50)
What I do when I'm too lazy to transfer photos from my camera!

See full menu here. They also serve pastries, desserts and iced drinks, best for the Summer heat.
