Cafe Juan Miguel: Adobo Pasta

No comments:

Does the name Juan Miguel remind you of classic teleseryes? When I was young, I just remembered how the leading man in a Mexican series had two names like Carlos Miguel or Fernando Jose. Haha!

I recently discovered a cafe in Imus City, Cavite called Cafe Juan Miguel (complete address posted in their page) that serves Adobo Pasta. Pork Adobo is my favorite Filipino dish and who doesn't love it?

I think this is the only decent photo I got :( Boo me! I was the only person in the cafe and as what I always say, I love eating alone because I find it empowering. I didn't stay that long inside the cafe so I wasn't able to browse their books. This simply means, I am definitely going back for their sweet treats.
Adobo Pasta (Php105)
Fettuccine with pork adobo and toasted bread. It's just like eating your usual lunch or dinner, only with pasta and not rice. Either way, they are made of carbs.

And I paired it with 12 oz. of English Toffee Frappe (Php90). I am caffeine overloaded again and I'm gonna have a hard time sleeping later. I'm not fond of drinking coffee everyday, fyi.

And I call this BROWN-loaded.

Cafe Juan Miguel is open for 24 hours with wi-fi! For more information, follow Cafe Juan Miguel's facebook page. Their location is a jeepney ride away from Lotus Mall in Imus.
