We were walking around Bonifacio High Street when Hershey suddenly pointed at a restaurant because she saw the word Barbecue. Hershey is pretty much craving for grilled and spicy food because she is expecting a beautiful baby by May next year. I am excited for her as well! Anyway, we tried the Korean cuisine for lunch at Sariwon Korean Barbecue.
We had a hot tea (not in the photo) before eating, not iced tea. We ordered the iced tea on the latter part.
We ordered Bulgogi Jeongol (Php545) and it was cooked and boiled in our table and consists of noodles, kimchi, mushrooms and assorted vegetables. Bulgogi means a grilled marinated beef and one of Korea's reknowned dishes.
We had a lot of side dishes and I can't remember everything. I just know there were mashed pumpkin, radish kimchi, vegetable salad and many more. And in this photo below, our Galbi (Php545) is grilled- tenderly marinated beef short ribs and it tasted perfect, juicy, has the right flavor and texture.
We were actually in a hurry while eating because Hershey has to catch her flight going to Iloilo City. I wanted to go home with her and I wanna go back to school too. After our stomachs were full, they gave us another complimentary drink and I don't know what it was but it was so sweet, has rice in it and I like it. xx
