Siam Thai Cuisine

The best way to end my holiday vacation in Iloilo was spend the night with the people I grew up with and bestfriends- HS/Elementary classmates at Siam Thai Cuisine located at Smallville Complex, Diversion Road, Iloilo City.. Aside from the fact that Mario Maurer is from Siam in Thailand, I was all fine with the idea of eating there because I know that Thai cuisine is well known for balancing the four taste sense in each food. It was a night full of talks on career and the past.

Here's a little something we ate:
Siam grilled premium ribs in barbecue sauce (Php 260)

Chicken with cashew nuts (Php190)

Thai sotanghon (Php170)
I love how spicy and sweet this noodle is.

And my bffs loved this Siam Lemongrass tea (Php50)
I read that most Thai dishes have lemongrass "Ta-khrai"  because of its therapeutic properties.

I bought my dress from somewhere in Cubao when I passed there a few months before.

I didn't want to end the night because I was still on vacation mode and I know that returning back to Manila meant stress and pressure all combined. But after a week of going back to work, I am trying to bring back the passion. This 2013, I told myself that I shouldn't make countdowns (since I have three months left for my stint), I will do what I am tasked to do, no complaints, think positive and always acknowledge God.
