I was looking for the perfect cake for my cousin's birthday and by chance I happen to pass by Amigo Plaza Mall and Sweet Treats Bakeshop is having its soft opening. It's hard for me to ignore the Victorian glass door, white wooden fence, girly white and blue striped walls and the light pink table. Ha!
This small area (outside the mall) near Amigo Terrace Hotel is only good for take outs, purchase of cakes, collectibles (like tumbler, mug, pins) and goodies.

They have a separate kiosk located inside Amigo Plaza Mall where you can sit and eat. (photo below)
This is near Transcom and you won't miss this place because it's in the middle of the hallway. Unfortunately, the area is small and there are only four cute tables where two people can sit for each. But I absolutely loved the chairs and tables. People passing by would usually stare at the place and you can't help but be conscious while eating. Haha! Also conscious because of the mirrors in the ceiling.
In the kiosk, they have cupcakes and bite-sized pastries for short breaks. I was full but I had the urge to try it out so here's what I got:
I had no idea what to choose but this Double Choco Bar (Php20) is a jackpot. It isn't too sweet and just the way I want my chocolate to be. Choco Cupcake (Php15) is okay but did not pass my taste on cupcakes. :) And Strawberry Lattice (Php20) is part of a strawberry pie sliced in small rectangles.
I forgot what cookies these are but it costs Php35 for three pieces. I gave them to papa so I didn't have any idea how they tasted. I got them from their bakery (the one outside the mall).
As what I said, there's a mirror in the ceiling. So I can just easily look up and see what other customers are doing, including the man looking after the kiosk. :)
Just to give you an idea on the prices of Sweet Treats. Although the lady inside the bakery was explaining earlier that some prices printed here changed. So expect some to be a little higher that what is posted here.
