A must try is their Back Ribs and Burgers! I've been posting a lot about burgers I know and Tipsy Mug and Platter is worth a try. They also serve student-friendly combo meals that start at Php59 only!
There's something about red walls that make me ecstatic, which pretty much explained why we were hyper and loud. Apologies if we were annoying, the result of not seeing each other for a long time.
Double Decker (Php135)
I got this Double Decker all for myself with two pure beef patties. The carnivore ego in me always checks on the patty whenever I eat burgers and boy, my demands were met. It also comes with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, cheese and a dazzle of mayonnaise. This double decker is also served with fries.
I remembered some crazy moments when I was independently living in MNL, I got so hooked up with a fastfood chain's Double Decker that I ate it for dinner every night (aside from the fact that I didn't cook my meals and I was too dependent on fastfood chains and convenience stores). Eating home cooked meals was probably my greatest frustration that made me miss my hometown.
Bacon Mushroom Melt (Php119)
Another specialty burger oozing with creamy mushroom melt and obviously, bacons. Haha! I know this photo is gonna make you crave. Bacon Mushroom Melt is also served with fries.
Quesadilla (Php99)
Last night's favorite and the star was definitely this Quesadilla! I love the "not hard tortilla and still hot cheese" which I enjoyed munching.
Spaghetti with Meatballs (Php99)
An affordable pasta in a large serving. The sauce was too sweet but we loved the meatball though. My friend had a hard time consuming all of it. Haha :p
French Fries (Php49)
I don't know what's sprinkled in the fries but they were "addicting" that perfectly matched the dip.
Thanks to Tipsy Mug and Platter for another satisfying and full night! :) And I'll definitely go back to try their Back Ribs. Sorry again for our annoying-ness. :) They also serve rice meals, other pasta like Carbonara and Seafood Pesto, coffee and squeezer drinks.
Anyway, just a creepy scene we observed was how everyone was doing last minute buying of goods to stock for the incoming typhoon. I hope it's not going to be as serious as how it is predicted. Last night when we went to SM Hypermarket and SM City Grocery Store, only the expensive loaf breads were left and this morning, my friend posted on her IG account that there were NO loaf breads left in the shelf. Mom also did her last minute purchase of goods earlier and she said the same thing. I hope you are reminded of Mark 4:37-41 when Jesus calmed the storm. So keep safe everyone and keep praying. #YolandaPH
